On Monday evening, May 18, 2026 – the day before the start of IMEX 2026 – our Hosted Buyer and Partner Evening Event will take place for the fourth time: the MICE Impact LOUNGE – exclusively for invited guests.
Following last year’s great success, the Impact LOUNGE returns to Palais Frankfurt – a stunning, modern, and sustainable venue. We look forward to welcoming you in a warm and personal atmosphere as we kick off IMEX week together. Bringing together around 60 event planners from the DACH region and our international supplier partners, the Impact LOUNGE creates a unique, creative, and positive setting to connect, exchange ideas, and create meaningful impact.
Our event is dedicated above all to the major and pressing topics and challenges that concern us all: People, Planet, Purpose! As an industry, we can only find answers together—through exchange and networking. That’s why our evening brings together planners and suppliers for dialogue and personal conversation, focusing on meaningful content, emotions, and shared answers to our greater common goals.

Our MICE Impact LOUNGE takes place in the impressive Palais Thurn & Taxis event location – right on the Zeil in the heart of Frankfurt.
The palace combines late Baroque elegance with a modern industrial flair. The courtyard leads down to the 700-square-meter Momentum: Instead of chandeliers, an impressive LED installation with 93 monitors creates striking visual impressions.
The renowned event location, with its unique atmosphere, is the perfect setting for our MICE Impact LOUNGE – where we build new bridges between event planners and MICE providers with a focus on sustainability!
